Allen K. Meredith

Mr. Meredith is the Chairman & CEO of Meredith REIT (and previously West Coast Realty Investors, Inc.) with 30 years experience in the real estate development and acquisitions on the West Coast, the Southeast, and residential waterfront in Hawaii.

In the mid-1990’s, Mr. Meredith became involved with and became Chairman & CEO of West Coast Realty Investors, Inc. (a private REIT), and the REIT became the Meredith REIT in 2002, publicly traded on the American Stock Exchange. In 2005, Mr. Meredith tendered for and merged the REIT into a private company, now wholly owned by Mr. Meredith.

Mr. Meredith began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 1978, became Retail Partner in Atlanta, Division Partner for Retail/Office/Industrial in West Los Angeles/Ventura County/Santa Barbara County, and Regional Partner for all commercial divisions in Northern California/Oregon/Washington. From 1991 through 1994, Meredith was President & CEO for the Northwest Region of TCC, and a member of TCC’s Board of Directors. In summary, he managed over 200 people focused on property development, acquisition/disposition, facility/construction management, and property management for over 30 million square feet of office, shopping center, and industrial properties.

Mr. Meredith has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Meredith’s family resides in Atherton, CA.

Charles P. Wingard

Prior to joining our company, Mr. Wingard served as senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer of VelocityHSI, Inc. a publicly traded provider of high-speed Internet services to the apartment industry that was spun-off from BRE Properties, Inc. in August 2000. In August 2001, VelocityHSI, Inc. filed for protection under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. From August 1996 to August 2000, Mr. Wingard was Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting for BRE Properties, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust with over $1.5 billion in assets, where he was responsible for securities filings and compliance, loan administration and financial reporting. Mr. Wingard is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
